ATLAS does not sell your personal information, and never has. There is no data broker, no list for sale, and nothing about your money leaves ATLAS for an advertiser — not a balance, not a transaction, not a merchant, not a message.
One thing on this website does count as sharing under California law, and this page is where you switch it off. Our front page and our sample-data demo carry two advertising pixels — one from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and one from TikTok. Each tells that network a browser arrived and, if you tap through, that it left for the App Store or Google Play. That is how we measure whether an advert was worth running. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and Montana all give you the right to say no, and so does this button wherever you live.
The button below covers both of them together. We are not going to make you refuse two companies separately to get one outcome.
What switching it off does
Neither pixel is loaded. Not loaded and then silenced — the scripts never reach the page, and our Content-Security-Policy is the second line behind that. Nothing about your visit reaches Meta or TikTok.
Everything else on the site works exactly as before. There is no part of ATLAS you lose by refusing, and nothing here asks you to sign in to exercise the right.
They are only ever on two pages
Whatever you choose here, neither advertising pixel has ever run on the page where you connect a bank, on sign-in, verification or password reset, or anywhere inside the ATLAS app on your phone. They run on the front page and the demo, both of which you can read without an account, and nowhere else. Our privacy policy says the same thing in more detail.
A better answer than this page
The button above remembers your choice in one browser. If you want every site to be told, rather than this one, turn on Global Privacy Control — a setting in some browsers and an extension for others. ATLAS honours it automatically, it applies everywhere you browse, and it does not depend on anyone remembering to visit a footer link.

You can also email avash@starlightaiinc.com to exercise this or any other privacy right, including asking what we hold about you and asking us to delete it. We answer as ourselves; there is no ticketing system and no verification hoop beyond proving you control the account in question.
