ATLAS

Support

Email avash@starlightaiinc.com and a person will answer. Below are the things people ask first.

Can ATLAS move my money?

No. Its access to your accounts is read-only, enforced by Plaid at the source — it is not a setting we could change. When ATLAS suggests paying a card before its due date, you make that payment yourself, at your bank. It cannot initiate a transfer.

Does ATLAS see my banking password?

Never. You sign in on your bank’s own page, through Plaid. Your credentials are not sent to us and nobody at ATLAS can see them.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE, because it cannot be undone. Your bank connections are severed at Plaid and every row of your data is removed immediately — no soft delete, no grace period, and nothing kept in the app.

Without the app: email avash@starlightaiinc.com from the address you use with ATLAS, or tell us the handle you registered. You do not need to have the app installed, and you do not need to be able to sign in. We will confirm before deleting anything, and again once it is done, within 30 days and usually the same week.

What is removed: your account, every linked bank and its accounts and transactions, goals, spending limits, saved places, device registrations and notification tokens. Our database provider holds short-term backups, so deleted rows sit there until they age out on its schedule; nothing restores them, and there is no process here that would bring an account back.

What is kept: a record that an account was deleted, with the account itself removed from it. That is the entry an auditor would ask for and the one a deletion request should not erase. It contains no financial data and nothing that identifies you.

I forgot my PIN

It cannot be recovered. Your PIN is stored only as a salted hash, which is what stops anyone — including us — from reading it. Email support and we can help you start again with a new account.

My bank keeps asking me to sign in again

Banks periodically expire the connection, and some require it every 90 days. ATLAS will show the account as needing attention; reconnect from You → Linked banks.

A transaction is wrong, or missing

ATLAS shows what your bank reports through Plaid. Pending transactions change when they settle, and some banks are slow to publish. If something is still wrong after a day or two it is worth checking with your bank — and telling us, so we can look.

Why is a due date marked “estimated”?

Not every card reports its due date. When one does not, ATLAS infers the date from the pattern of your past payments and says so, along with how consistent that pattern is. Treat an estimated date as a prompt to check, not as fact.
